双工位纸箱码垛机是纸箱码垛机之一，属于后道自动化纸箱设备，本系统包含纸箱码垛机器人、机器人夹爪系统、物流线体、双垫纸机构、预拍齐转向机、安全系统及控制系统等构成。（根据场地大小可选配转弯机）
纸箱码垛机主要用于纸箱厂、纸板厂等行业成品纸箱的自动堆叠入库。设备采用关节式设计结构，搭配专用纸箱抓取夹具，可对接全自动粘箱机、PE结束带打包机、输送流水线，自动完成纸箱抓取、移位、分层排列、托盘码垛，替代传统人工码垛与坐标式码垛设备，实现纸箱加工后端无人化生产。
相较于普通龙门式、低位坐标码垛机，机械臂码垛机灵活性更高、换单方便适用场景更广，是多规格、多品类、高频换单纸箱生产线的自动设备。

The dual-station carton palletizer is one type of carton palletizers, belonging to the post-production automated carton equipment. This system comprises a carton palletizing robot, a robot gripper system, a logistics line, a dual-pad paper mechanism, a pre-alignment steering gear, a safety system, and a control system. The carton palletizer is primarily used for the automatic stacking and storage of finished paper cartons in industries such as paper box factories and paperboard factories. The equipment adopts a joint-type design structure, paired with specialized carton grasping fixtures, and can be integrated with fully automatic box gluing machines, PE end-band packing machines, and conveyor lines to automatically complete the tasks of carton grasping, shifting, layered arrangement, and palletizing. It replaces traditional manual palletizing and coordinate-based palletizing equipment, enabling unmanned production in the backend of carton processing.
Compared to ordinary gantry-style and low-position coordinate palletizers, robotic arm palletizers offer higher flexibility, easier order change, and a wider range of applicable scenarios. They are automatic equipment suitable for multi-size, multi-category, and high-frequency order change carton production lines.
