设备功能特点介绍:

宽绳展平式全自动纸箱打包机，属于捆扎打包型纸箱设备，又称纸箱自动捆扎机、纸板打捆机，专为纸箱厂、纸板厂、彩印包装厂设计，适配叠堆成品纸箱、半成品纸板批量捆扎。设备采用PE塑料结束带为耗材，全自动完成送带、收拢、双头打结、切带全流程，可对接纸箱印刷粘箱联动线、全自动粘箱机、粘钉一体机、纸板生产线联动使用，实现纸箱包装工序无人化作业，大幅降低包装综合成本。

1、宽绳展平功能：

采用的是较宽的PE结束带，捆扎时可以将结束带展开，降低对纸箱捆扎的勒破程度，可以更好的保护纸箱，由于纸箱包装要求逐渐增高，此设备是现在选择较多的全自动纸箱打包机机型。
2、自动化操作：
全自动纸箱打包机采用触摸屏数字调尺寸，输入纸箱长宽高参数自动定位，无需手动反复调试；自动整理纸板、自动送带收紧、自动打结切断，工人仅需搬运码垛即可，单台设备仅需1人看管。
3、双头打结，捆扎稳固：
双头蝴蝶结打结工艺，打结张力均匀，长途运输、叉车搬运不易散包；打结位置可调，单道、双道捆扎模式自由切换，轻重纸箱都能适配。

Introduction to functional features:

Fully Automatic Carton Strapping Machine with PE Baler Tape is a strapping equipment for carton processing, also known as automatic carton bundler or paperboard baler. It is specially designed for carton factories, paperboard mills and color printing packaging plants, suitable for mass strapping of stacked finished cartons and semi-finished paperboards.

This machine uses PE plastic baler tape as the consumable. It automatically completes the whole process including tape feeding, compression, double-head knotting and tape cutting. It can be connected with carton printing & gluing linkage lines, fully automatic carton gluing machines, gluing & stitching integrated machines and paperboard production lines to realize unmanned operation of carton packaging procedures and greatly cut the overall packaging cost.

Automated Operation：
Equipped with a touch screen for digital size adjustment. The machine positions automatically after inputting the length, width and height of cartons without repeated manual adjustment. It automatically arranges paperboards, feeds and tightens the tape, knots and cuts the tape. Workers only need to stack and transport goods, and one operator is enough to supervise a single machine.

Double-head Knotting for Firm Strapping：
Adopting the double-head bowknot knotting technology, it delivers even strapping tension. Bundles will not come loose during long-distance transportation and forklift handling. The knot position is adjustable, and single-strap or double-strap modes can be switched freely to fit both light and heavy cartons.

Wide Size Compatibility & High Versatility：
It supports strapping small and large cartons, single paper sheets and finished cartons. Custom widened and heightened models are available according to customers’ production lines, applicable to express delivery boxes, food packaging boxes, heavy-duty industrial cartons and semi-finished corrugated paperboards.

It can be integrated into fully automatic carton production lines to achieve unmanned integrated production covering printing, slotting, carton gluing and strapping.
